Raftaar.in Names Sharad Pratap Singh VP-Technology

Raftaar.in the world’s first platform for search and exploration of Hindi content announces the appointment of a Senior Management addition to their Technology Division. Sharad Pratap Singh – Vice President (Technology) will be based out of the corporate office in Delhi.

Commenting on the strengthening of the team Mr. Peeyush Bajpai, Co-Founder & Director of Raftaar.in said, “Sharad will pay a critical role in development and implementation of organisational information systems and leading technology innovation. This is essential in aligning our focus and sustaining the growth of the platform from a technological and business prospect. His direction, leadership and ability to oversee the mission critical applications will enhance the positioning and understanding of Raftaar’s long term vision.”

Sharad Pratap Singh, Vice President, Technology will be instrumental for the identification and execution of all aspects related with the technological scope of work. This will include architecture planning and improvements, technology evaluation and implementation, capacity planning and assessments to ensure sustainability and scalability of the platform to meet the business and consumer needs. Singh comes with almost a decade of experience in the technological space in Project Management, System Analysis, Functional Design, Development, Integration, Implementation, Deployment and Production Support. He also extends an in-depth expertise in E-Commerce, Airline Reservation system, Loyalty Programs, Payment Gateway integrations and web-based environments. Before joining Raftaar, he was associated with Bigshoe Bazaar India Pvt Ltd (yebhi.com) as AVP (Engineering and Technology).
