ProCurve Networking India Appoints New Country Manager

ProCurve Networking, a business unit of HP and enterprise networking solutions vendor, has appointed Subhodeep Bhattacharya its new country manager for India, as part of its nationwide expansion. Bhattacharya would be responsible for expanding ProCurve Networking’s base in India.

Bhattacharya has been in the Information Technology business for over 13 years, including more than 12 years in sales management and business development in RISC systems, servers, networking products and access devices. He has worked with Hewlett Packard India Sales for nine years and has been the Country Manager, SMB Segment Marketing, working with small- and medium-sized businesses throughout India, for the last two years.

“ProCurve Networking has established itself as a significant presence in all major cities in India,” said Louis Au, ProCurve Networking general manager and VP for Asia Pacific & Japan. “Subhodeep’s appointment will add even greater momentum to building the business and serving our customers. This will include the roll out of additional sales and support capabilities, training and ProCurve Certification for our resellers.”
