Headstrong, a consulting firm for the financial services industry that combines an understanding of the financial services domain and technology, has announced three leadership appointments as part of its expansion plans. These include Rakesh Mittal as the global head, KPO practice, Gayatri Raman as the global head of Marketing and John Tinsley as the global head of IT Management Optimisation practice, with immediate effect.
Sandeep Sahai, president and chief operating officer, Headstrong, said, “I welcome each member in their new role. As we grow our footprint in financial services consulting, we welcome the expertise and fresh perspective that the new members bring to the table.”
He added, “Rakesh brings more than two decades of experience in the outsourcing industry. Most recently, he was the president and COO of Corbus, a consulting firm, where he transformed the company to be a global player in supply chain related KPO markets. His background and keen understanding of the KPO marketplace will be a valuable asset to Headstrong.”
