Pegasystems Inc. and Wipro Technologies, announced an expanded global strategic alliance to provide industry-leading BPM solutions and services to worldwide clients. The Pegasystems and Wipro alliance will focus on developing agile and innovative business solutions worldwide, across a varied range of industry verticals. These solutions help clients improve customer retention through differentiated customer experience and enable clients to achieve productivity improvements of 30-40%.
