Patni Computer Systems has successfully implemented core HRMS (Human Resources Management System) at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), enabling it to have a single integrated system that provides real-time view of the whole organisation.
In order to deploy ERP at BSE, Patni first studied the existing legacy at BSE and then generated a two-phase change management roadmap to migrate BSE financial accounting and HR accounting to the ERP system.
According to Patni, “BSE has already started experiencing significant benefits through the ERP implementation with the automation of its HR and accounting processes. With the ERP system, BSE is able to get a detailed transaction wise data, soft close its accounts on a monthly basis and generate monthly MIS reports.”
Patni Computer Systems has also developed a web-based application, which assists in tracking issues raised by users.
