Customer adoption of Oracle’s JD Edwards applications in India is on the rise as a result of Oracle’s commitment to continue to support and develop JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World. Oracle is increasingly focusing on JD Edwards through partners in India and Accel Frontline, a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork is currently implementing JD Edwards applications across a number of midsize and high-growth organisations.
“Oracle is increasingly focusing on addressing the requirements of the manufacturing sector through JD Edwards and has committed to a series of initiatives, including strengthening relationships with partners,” said Nitin Paranjape, director, Applications Sales, Oracle India. “The results of these initiatives are already showing encouraging results, with partners such as Accel Frontline reporting increased success with JD Edwards across new customers. The growing momentum of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in India is a testimony to our commitment towards the JD Edwards product line and proof of the ever increasing adoption of Oracle Applications among midsize organisations in India.”
Oracle has delivered India-specific localisation features in JD Edwards software as part of its “Applications Unlimited” programme and has extended its support for the product lines in line with the Oracle Lifetime Support policy. Another crucial initiative has been the focus on marketing and implementing JD Edwards through stronger relationships with Oracle Certified Partners.
Oracle has been focusing on building a partner network for marketing and implementing JD Edwards, through stronger relationships with Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, Satyam, and Oracle Certified partners including Accel Frontline, SYSTIME, Satyam, HCL Technologies, and Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
