Global investment bank, Nomura, has announced the appointment of Birendra Agarwal as managing director and chief information officer for Nomura Services, India.
Agarwal will be based in Mumbai and will report globally to Simon Lucocq, Global & Asia-Pacific Wholesale CIO and locally to R K Rangan, president & CEO, Nomura Services, India.
Agarwal brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in managing information technology for financial services in the US and UK.
