Netmagic, a managed IT services provider, has announced a new suite of Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management (RIMM) services for the Indian market to address organisational challenges of monitoring and managing multi-platform and multi-vendor solutions to support mission-critical IT requirements on a 24x7 basis.

RIMM Offerings and Features
Netmagic’s Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Management Services are available in Shared and Dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) models with multiple options and plans within each model depending on the size and complexity of a customer’s IT environment.
The RIMM services include InfraMonitor, InfraInsight, InfraManage and InfraSecure facilities. InfraMonitor is a monitoring service that provides availability status, performance data, event correlation, automated root cause analysis and alerts through a single console. The second facility, InfraInsight, supplements automated root cause analysis of InfraMonitor with human troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of performance problems. Going further, InfraManage offers end-to-end management covering configuration/change management, fault management, performance management, and security management across networks, servers, OS, databases, and select applications. The last facility, InfraSecure, comprises Comprehensive Network Attack Management (CNAM) services, Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration Testing services and Firewall Log monitoring and analysis services.
