Korcomptenz Launches kOMPETE To Aid Enterprise Relationship Mgmt

Korcomptenz has announced the launch of its product kOMPETE - an Enterprise Relationship Management suite of products, ideal for small and midsize organisations.

kOMPETE is designed to improve an organisation’s relationship with customers, employees and vendors by leveraging the power of the Internet and by automating and optimising the processes involved in the sourcing, managing, appraising and accounting of human resources in an organisation.

The key modules of this suite are Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Timesheet Management Invoicing and Project System (TIPS), Talent Lifecycle Management (TLM), Request Management (RM), Performance Management (PM) and Reporting Administration Workflow (RAW). kOMPETE can handle flexible organization structures like multiple group companies, subsidiaries, divisions and projects.
