ITC Infotech Deploys Customer Software For Finnair

ITC Infotech has deployed a software solution to manage customer relationships for Finnair.

“It is the first of its kind CRM-based loyalty solution in the world being implemented for the airlines industry. The loyalty system will enable Finnair to serve its customers effectively by improving reporting, analysis and decision support for efficient operations and management,” Infotech managing director Sanjiv Puri said.

“We have signed a five-year multimillion dollar deal with Finnair last year for implementing its frequent flyer loyalty programme, e-ticketing and other operational application systems,” said Puri.

Finnair e-business development vice-president, Tom Kallstrom said the airline’s loyalty programme was automated this week, with the CRM solution to offer a host of new services to its passengers worldwide.

“Infotech’s CRM capabilities, customer focus and flexibility make it a strategic technology partner for us,” said Kallstrom.
