ISI, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for broad collaboration in the field of analytics for the Telecom vertical. In this collaboration Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam will leverage their domain strengths and leadership along with ISI’s academic brilliance in the field of Analytics to develop joint solutions in data mining and data analytics. The key objective of this collaboration is to provide solutions to the telecom service providers for their business problems using the combined approach. This unique model, over time, would be to leveraged to address business issues in other verticals.

This collaboration will focus on analysing the structured as well as unstructured data to provide insights to the way business operates and spot the trend. By applying sophisticated mining techniques and data analytics to the business lifespan, the collaboration plans to solve the business problems and improve the quality of customer experience through predicting customer behavior. ISI will partner with Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam to create a range of solutions on the current challenges faced by the operators in the sub-continent and beyond. These solutions, built using ISI’s proven thought leadership and academic excellence and Mahindra’s expertise in competencies, domain capabilities and service delivery, will provide businesses with access to best-of-the-breed offerings.
