Infogain Completes Acquisition Of Spider Systems

Infogain Corporation has announced the completion of its acquisition of Spider Systems, Pune, India.

Announcing this key development, Kapil Nanda, CEO, Infogain Corporation said, “The acquisition of Spider is a major step in the expansion of Infogain’s Oracle ERP business. “Spider System’s area of focus has been to provide comprehensive consulting services in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle DBA services. Its frameworks and other Oracle Apps-related IP will enhance Infogain’s repertoire of unique value-adds. " added Nanda.

The Spider business will function as an Infogain company and will ultimately be fully integrated into Infogain’s operations, with the former Spider headquarters functioning as an ERP centre of excellence.
