Hewlett-Packard India has announced the launch of its new HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 Printer Series in India. The new monochrome Laser printers target SME, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Government customers and feature highly robust printing, mobile printing capabilities, access to business printing apps via a large touch screen and web connectivity.

The HP LaserJet Pro 400 Printer Series M401 comes with three variants; HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401d, which costs Rs. 22,194, HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n, which costs Rs. 25,920 and HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn, which costs Rs. 32,724.
HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 printer features class-leading 800MHz processor and 256 MB memory. The printer provides network productivity for the office set up, and best in class print quality with a print speed of 33 ppm.
The new printer series allows organisations to access and print from web using business apps, accessible via colour touch screen. It also features HP e-Print technology, which lets business users print from any web-connected device, anywhere. HP now offers an intuitive mobile printing solution that allows mobile users to print documents, presentations, reports, and photos on the go. A special feature called walk-up USB printing allows users the convenience of printing straight from a USB flash drive, using the easy-access USB port.
HP’s intelligent energy-efficient technologies available on the new range help organisations reduce energy use and lower the environment impact. HP’s Auto on/ auto off technology senses all printing activity, turning the device on when users need it and off when they don’t.
In addition, organisations can drive productivity and save paper up to 50 percent by using automatic two-sided printing. The new printer also offers higher toner yield with up to 2700 pages.
