With a vision to create an effective public financial management, the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP), has chosen a range of SAP solutions to deploy a comprehensive system that will enhance efficiency in financial transactions, transparency in operations, accountability and sustainability to stakeholders and citizens. The solution will facilitate a technologically enriched experience that will enable the government to better service its citizens.
Government of Andhra Pradesh has been a pioneer in leveraging technology solutions for the betterment of the citizen services. The implementation of SAP solutions would provide a meaningful interface with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders leading to efficient exchange of information. The packaged offering of SAP’s solution includes SAP ERP, SAP Public Budget Formulation, SAP Business Intelligence and Data Services, SAP Treasury Management and SAP GRC Suite as well as SAP Human Resources Management (HRMS). The human resource system will significantly improve employee processes with increased transparency, enhanced investment in capacity development, efficient management of people and consequential impact on improved responsiveness and quality towards public services.
