Global Consultants Acquires Blue Hammock

Global Consultants, Inc. (GCI), a provider of end-to-end information technology services
and solutions worldwide, has announced the acquisition of Blue Hammock, a company focused on the strategy and delivery of services in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.

Under the terms of the deal, the employees of Blue Hammock will become part of GCI, which will substantially expand the company’s domain proficiency in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Eric Carlson, currently CEO of Blue Hammock, will assume duties as a senior VP of GCI, which will include leading the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence division.
