MCM India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, Inc., a provider of debt management and recovery solutions for consumers and property owners across a broad range of assets, is now using workforce management solutions from Kronos Incorporated to manage its workforce.
The Kronos solution manages absence management and time and attendance for more than 1,600 MCM employees in India.
Prior to selecting Kronos, the company managed employee leave and time & attendance through a blend of manual and partially automated processes with limited visibility to employees. This led to significant administrative effort by Human Resources personnel to process month-end payroll.
Kronos solutions will enable employees to manage their leave and attendance data in real-time. The solution provides information to managers about their workforce availability, helping them make better decisions and increase productivity in operations as well as HR.
MCM selected Kronos because of the technology’s ease of use and its track record with large-scale BPO implementations. Kronos has been integrated into the company’s existing scheduling system, and its Workday HR and payroll system.
