Dexterity KPO Launches "Survey Helpline"
Dexterity KPO has launched Survey Helpline - a 24x7 service to meet the ADHOC needs of researchers.
Dexterity KPO, the KPO division of the Indian Technology and Process Outsourcing firm, Dexterity, has launched a new service offering: Survey Helpline - a 24x7 service to meet the ADHOC needs of researchers.
Survey Helpline (SHL) runs with the tagline, "Adhoc Round the Clock". SHL assists companies to conduct employee/customer satisfaction surveys, opinion polls and feedback based on specific research objectives.
With the launch of SHL, research agencies will have access to a team of scripters, which will help them in resource planning. Any spike in demand can be met with SHL, thereby ensuring continuity and responsiveness to end-clients.
The SHL team can be reached over phone/mail/chat/Skype, as accessibility is the key for this new venture.
"As opposed to fixed-resource contracts, SHL has been conceived and launched based on the market demand for a pureplay Adhoc service with no strings attached. SHL will serve clients who need scripting assistance to meet demand spikes. Agencies also benefit since there is no fixed-resource commitments involved here. This 24x7 operation will facilitate continuous support and ensure optimal service," explained Pravin Shekar, CEO, Dexterity KPO.
According to a statement from ad-hoc committee chairman Namdev Shirgaonkar, who is also the joint secretary of IOA, only the top 8 Indian players in world rankings are eligible to participate in the selection trials.
