Could you list some emerging trends in the multisourcing market?

Multisourcing is going to rule the outsourcing market in the coming days. Dealing with multiple outsourcers with the goal of reducing outsourcing services to the level of commodities is the best way to achieve cost-cutting strategy. Though having 5-10 vendors is a good strategy but simultaneously it needs a competent vendor management. The contract should be 3-5 years. With the multisourcing in place, enterprises are now able to get the best vendor to help them integrate the best solution.

In any outsourcing contract, the parts covering SLAs are probably the most important. So the enterprises have to make sure that these parts are well-crafted and are clearly understood by both the provider and the customer. Large enterprises are now outsourcing the management of data centre, contact centre, installation and maintenance and management of network and security. Within 2-5 years globally delivered application, testing and quality assurance application and custom application outsourcing will rule the market.
