CSC has launched FASTRack for Teamcenter software, a new turn-key product lifecycle management (PLM) business solution for engineering and manufacturing companies that design and build complex aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, consumer goods or high-technology products. This hardware, services and support solution, which is optimised for Siemens PLM Software’s Teamcenter, addresses common infrastructure and support challenges that companies can face with the integration of product data across their global design partners and suppliers.

FASTRack for Teamcenter, developed by CSC, in collaboration with Siemens PLM Software, IBM and NetApp, is a fully functional, cost effective platform for deploying Teamcenter. The FASTRack solution includes scalable hardware configurations built on IBM server and NetApp storage equipment, with ongoing operational services, remote monitoring and customer support delivered by CSC’s global IT organisation.
