Capgemini, providers of consulting, technology, and outsourcing services providers, announced the availability of SWIFT HCM (Structured Way of Implementing Fusion-led Transformation for Human Capital Management), a new rapid delivery methodology for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM). After thorough review and having met a set of requirements, Oracle has recognised Capgemini as a partner delivering a rapid implementation offering for Oracle Fusion HCM. The fixed cost, fixed duration offering provides an end to end solution to help companies accelerate the adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM in Oracle’s Cloud and transform their HR, Talent Management and payroll processes. Capgemini has already begun the roll out of SWIFT HCM methodology in its global Oracle Centers of Excellence.
Oracle Fusion Applications are new standard-based modular applications to help speed up transactions, improve performance, lower costs and provide a role-based user experience with built in analytics and collaboration tools. Capgemini’s SWIFT HCM global methodology offers ‘ready-to-go’ rapid implementation, leading practice setup templates and business process flows to leverage the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Service. The solution is pre-packaged to meet the requirements of customers looking for partial or full Oracle Fusion HCM application modules. It also permits configuration by users removing the need to wait for IT to make routine customisations. Capgemini has already started working with Oracle as a co-development partner, helping create a localisation of Oracle Fusion HCM for India.
Capgemini has made contributions to the development and testing of Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Fusion Middleware. After having been selected for the Fusion Applications Beta program in 2009, Capgemini developed a unique Oracle Fusion Co-Existence Roadmap to help customers maximise Oracle’s business value and optimise architecture in preparation for the delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications. Capgemini has also made significant investments in Oracle Fusion Applications with activities such as in-depth Product Training (both functional and technical), QA testing and solution development. Capgemini has a long-standing Oracle offering: ‘Lifecycle Services for Oracle Applications’, which provides managed services based on subscription pricing, built around flexible business menu cards and is a value add complement to Capgemini’s offering for Oracle Fusion Applications.
