Allied Telesis has launched WebSmart switch, AT-FS750/24POE, a 24-port 10/100TX Power over Ethernet (POE) Switch with 2 1000T and Small Form Pluggable (SFP) Combo Ports.
Allied Telesis’ WebSmart switch claims to integrate the simplicity of unmanaged switches with the performance and reliability of managed switches to provide a solution for users to integrate management at the edge of their network.
The WebSmart switch features port-based VLANs, 802.1p Quality of Service (QoS), IP Multicast support (IPv4), port trunking / link aggregation, port mirroring, priority queue’s & 802.1x security support. The AT-FS750/24POE WebSmart switch has a 802.1x port-based and MAC-based Network Access Control with Local authentication server (MD5 only), remote authentication through Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS), dynamic VLAN assignment, RADIUS client for 802.1x, Dynamic Host Configuration protocol (DHCP) client and statistics charts in WEB.
