HP today announced that Aircel, has selected HP IT Operations Management solutions to enhance service delivery and enable the IT organization to support business growth.
The HP IT Operations Management solutions have been selected to address these needs and ensure business critical applications, including CRM, billing, databases and fault management systems, are available 24x7. This is achieved through automated IT management and the ability to proactively monitor and address problems before they occur.

With HP BSA, Aircel will be able to automate tasks and sanction change management across the entire technology environment. HP ITSM’s self-service catalog and knowledge management capabilities will provide coordinated services across the enterprise.
