SpiceJet's anniversary sale seems to have kicked off a price war in the domestic aviation, with Indigo too launching a fire sale with tockets starting at Rs 806.
"Book between 17th and 19th May for travel between 4th July and 30th September and enjoy fares starting Rs 806 all inclusive," said a message on the airline website.
As per the website, Mumbai-Delhi tickets are available for Rs 3,032 under the scheme and Bengaluru-Delhi for Rs 3,619. Meanwhile, Delhi-Chennai and Delhi-Bengaluru flight will cost you Rs 3,408.

The company has also said there are only limited seats available under the scheme and it is applicable only on select flights on IndiGo’s domestic network.
SpiceJet on Tuesday launched an 11th anniversary sale offering tickets at Rs 511 on domestic routes and Rs 2,111 for international routes.
Earlier, AirAsia India had announced a 50 percent discount on return fares to mark reaching 2.5 million passengers.
