- Rs 100 crore for Himalayan studies in Uttarakhand

- Rs 100 crore for training of athletes for Common Wealth Games (CWG) and Asian Games

- Rs 100 crore for ghat developments

- Rs 100 crore for National Adaption Fund for climate change

- Rs 100 crore for modernization of madrasas
