The Budget will take the Modi government one step higher if not 10 steps. Thanks to PM Modi, Arun Jaitley will present a budget which will attract investors from across the globe to India. Crystal ball gazing: Wear blue to avoid budget blues, Bejan Daruwalla's advice to Jaitley

What will the first full budget from the Modi sarkar spell for the aam admi? Firstpost  spoke to a few leading astrologers who look at horoscopes, cards and numbers to portend the future. We asked them to look into their crystal ball and tell us what they see for India, the government and most important, what can the common man expect from Union Budget 2015. Bejan Daruwalla, popular astrologer, columnist who swears by Lord Ganesha: [caption id=“attachment_2120695” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] ![Bejan Daruwalla (Courtesy: IBNLive)](https://images.firstpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Bejan-daruwalla_IBNlive.jpg) Bejan Daruwalla (Courtesy: IBNLive)[/caption] The Budget will take the Modi government one step higher if not 10 steps. Thanks to PM Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present a budget which will attract investors from across the globe to India. Jaitley will focus on Below the Poverty Line people, widows, orphans and those who want to grow with the funds the government will provide under various schemes. The common man will have more purchasing power. Women will be favoured in the budget with the price of cooking gas going down, affordable prices of apparel and emphasis on more jobs and security factor being reinforced. The other important sectors the budget will focus upon will be heavy industries, coal and mining. There will be incentives provided to new entrepreneurs in the form of loans. Interest rates on housing will come down and there will be housing schemes meant for the poor. Interest rates for loans on consumer durables will come down. The Budget may be criticised for helping the rich and famous because of petroleum and bullion policies that it will pursue. These will not go down well with the common man. But ultimately some of these policies may yield good results. The personal horoscope of Jaitley suggests that he has a very powerful sasa yoga which means that he will be able to deliver the goods which will help the country to run better. Besides, Jupiter dwells in his horoscope and that is considered to bring in good luck and wealth, according to western astrology. So there will be a good feeling generated in the market and people will feel secure. Naturally, the outcome of all this will be handsome returns. The budget will fall short in the following sectors: petroleum, gold, income tax. There should be more scope given to I-T but that won’t be the case in the budget. All the desires of the Army and the farmers will not be fulfilled, but they will be satisfied to some extent. The budget will favour the aviation sector. It will also help the poor to get essentials like medicines at a cheaper cost. Other sectors that will do well will be apparel, hotel industry and tourism. Health and hygiene will get a good boost. Dress Code: Mr Jaitley should avoid wearing black, brown and grey coloured clothes while delivering the budget. He should wear vibrant colours of the sun like yellow and orange. Since Jupiter is strong in his horoscope, he can wear blue, too. Even white is alright. The time to deliver the budget is between 12-1 pm. Sanjay B Jumaani , leading numerologist: [caption id=“attachment_2120699” align=“alignleft” width=“300” class=" “] ![Sanjay B Jumaani (Courtesy: Moneycontrol)](https://images.firstpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Sanjay-B-Jumaani_moneycontrol-300x225.jpg) Sanjay B Jumaani (Courtesy: Moneycontrol)[/caption] I am optimistic about the budget. This is the 69th year of India’s Independence. When we add up the numbers 6  and 9, the total comes to 6, which is favourable for our country. The sum total of the numbers for India is 3 and for Bharat 15 – 1 plus 5 again totals to 6. Number 3 stands for Jupiter, the biggest planet. Hence, in the 69th year of India’s freedom the Union Budget will help the country earn laurels. I had predicted PM Modi’s victory during the elections which I said would happen when he would be 64 years.  The numbers of the PM’s name are favourable for the country. So we can look forward to a bright five years of the Modi government. The numbers of Arun Jaitley’s name add up to Number One and he is governed by the Sun. The number one has proved to be lucky for him. He shares his birthday with two successful businessmen— Ratan Tata and (late) Dhirubhai Ambani.   Sectors that will benefit from the budget: Real estate (and everything associated with it like cement, steel, etc), Mining, Agriculture and Women.   Dr Roopa Patel, tarot card reader: People are worried that they will be again be taken for a ride. They have been betrayed  and  lied to by the past government and they want to come out of the cold as seen in the 5 of Pentacles to a more secure place. They might get a little impatient with the budget as it will be a cautious budget though a good one. It will not be a negative budget. But it will need patience for people to get what they want . [caption id=“attachment_2120719” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] ![Dr Roopa Patel](https://images.firstpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Dr-Roopa-Patel.jpg) Dr Roopa Patel[/caption] Markets in caution mode: Markets will be cautious and will have a wait and watch attitude. There will be delays. There could be an immediate disappointment and people may feel that this budget is going in the wrong direction. Long-term benefits: In real terms, India cannot be so easily turned around as people would like it to be. A lot of effort will be required for that to happen. The steps that will be taken by the budget will be the right ones, but they will pinch in the short term. The benefits will only be felt in the long term.  There is no win-win formula here. I feel some parts of the Budget will get tweaked later.
