13 million and counting…..Reebok’s new #GirlsDon’tFight campaign is certainly taking the internet by storm and why not? The campaign has shaken one and all, so much so that most of the people have gone out to share the videos on their personal accounts. The idea has made people to stop and not think but to act on situations that they otherwise would let go. But what’s in the video?
Reebok has given a punch in the face of all those who considered women fragile and weak. It speaks about the uncertainties and the fears that have been swirling around in a woman’s mind for quite some time now and that its time to get to the bottom of the problem- to get rid of our inhibitions and gather strength to be able to carve out your own destiny. Wait, why don’t you watch the video?
Apart from receiving innumerable likes and shares on the Facebook, the video has got an immense response from the people.
Reebok’s communication has been to the point- to inspire women to become better versions of themselves. Another Reebok film that is creating ripples talks about equal pay for equal work. Kangana Ranaut is seen motivating women to take charge of their lives and start the change that we all have been desperately waiting for.
In a span of just two months, the videos have received an enormous response from the people, with over 6million likes on YouTube and more than 7million likes on Facebook, the campaign has created quite a stir in the space! Check out the video here.
The message is straight and simple- women are fit and fearless and they are ready to take on all challenges that life might throw at them. However, Reebok has just not stopped at that. Yes, by the time the videos end, there is a call for people to participate. And readers too have gone all out to share their experiences.
The campaign has received overwhelming support. And there is a reason for it being received so well, it talks to women about two very topical issues- things that they have encountered at some point in their lives. The platform also gave a chance to the readers to be vocal about their stories and share their perspective on subjects of prime concern.
We hope that the fitness brand keeps up the trend of bringing up socially relevant issues by giving them an impactful outline, just like this one, to be able to leave an indelible imprint on people’s memories. Way to go Reebok!
