Moto Z creating quite the buzZZZZ…

A phone that can project movies. A phone that can last an entire weekend. A phone with professional camera capabilities. That’s the Moto Z Series, Moto Z, Moto Z Play and the Moto Mods we are talking about. And these have been creating quite a buzz lately!

Little wonder the internet is flooded with critics and techies calling Moto Z & Moto Z Play with Moto Mods the most innovative smartphone to hit the market in a long time.

Sure, the folks over at Moto are excited by the buzz, but they’re also kind of used to it. Because creating products that change the Smartphone game is kind of in their DNA. Don’t believe me? Remember the Moto Razr? Remember the buzz it created?

So what is it about the Moto Z and the Moto Z Play with Moto Mods that’s got everyone going? While ace photographer Atul Kasbekar clearly loves the camera capabilities, Tanmay can’t get over the phone’s ability to turn into a projector and Shaan is raving about the boosted speaker sound he gets on his phone. Don’t believe us? Check it out:

That’s the thing with the Z series. These are not phones that are sort of good at things. They are brilliant at a lot of things. They don’t compromise. So if it’s a camera you want, you get a Hasselblad True Zoom Mod. If it’s sound, you get it from the JBL SoundBoost Speaker Mod capable of making some sweet music. And if it’s battery life you’re after, you got Incipio offGRID Power Pack Mod that can keep your phone going over the whole weekend. Yet, the Moto Z phone itself is the slimmest premium smartphone in the world.

So what’s the difference between the Moto Z and the Moto Z Play? The Moto Z is the flagship version and also the slimmest premium smartphone money can buy. The Moto Z Play, on the other hand is the value version that also packs a powerful battery.

The Moto Z and the Moto Z Play achieve their buzz-worthy status by way of the Moto Mods. The two work seamlessly and equally efficiently with the Moto Mods. These Moto Mods are snap-ons that fit in snugly to the back of the Moto Z or the Moto Z play converting the phones to whatever you want them to be. These Mods include:

1) Instashare Projector Mod - That’s the projector Mod. Use it to turn your phone into a projector capable of rendering a 70-inch image…that's larger than most TVs. The integrated kick-stand allows you to place your phone comfortably on any flat surface while you enjoy the latest movie, images or even an embarrassing video of your cousin with friends and family.

2) JBL Soundboost Speaker Mod – The sound Mod turns your phone into party central. Set up an instant dance party, get a mini-conference going or simply turn up the volume when you want to, with the high quality JBL speakers.

3) Hasselblad True Zoom Mod - Transforms your Moto Z into a fully-functioning super zoom camera with 10 X Optical Zoom. The built-in Xenon Flash will ensure you get crisp, sharp and detailed photos even in the dark. The Mod comes with easy shooting controls and automatic content backup. It’s really a full camera, in a phone.

4) Incipio offGRID Power Pack Mod - Gives you 20 extra hours of battery life. The Mod includes wireless charging allowing you to charge your phone anywhere, without having to hunt for a wall outlet.

Bottom-line is Moto has not just gone and built a better phone. It has taken the smartphone to a different level with the Moto Z, Moto Z Play and Moto Mods. #DifferentIsBetter indeed.
