Microsoft & CNBC-TV18’s AI for ALL Awards recognized India’s leading organizations which are accelerating their digital transformation with artificial intelligence.

Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd was the winner in the category ‘Engaging Customers with AI’.

Future Generali has built an AI based model to improve customer service and identify the customer next best action. This has helped in improving customer relationship score by 54% and service score by 80% in a year.
