Airtel's tailor-made plan leaves its customers awestruck

Bharti Airtel Limited has released a new commercial for its latest postpaid plan, called 'myPlan'. Conceptualised by Agnello Dias of Taproot Communications and directed by Ram Madhvani, the commercial focuses on the plan's unique feature - a postpaid plan tailor-made for every individual.

 Airtels tailor-made plan leaves its customers awestruck Govind Rajan, CMO - Consumer Business, Bharti Airtel, said, "At Bharti Airtel it is our constant endeavor to delight our customers. myPlan is an innovative step in this direction which highlights the fact that every customer is different - some spend their time on STD, some on local calls and some on data content. myPlan allows such customers to create a flexible & customized plan depending on their specific needs. In fact, it is so flexible that even if one customer wants a particular plan, we can create it for him!"

The TVC is a stylized montage of various individuals using their phones in different ways, and ends with the creation of a plan through a simple abacus. The abacus will also be a key in-store feature that customers can use to plot their usage and create plans.

The commercial is accompanied by an outdoor campaign in several cities and POS material.
