Most of what we’ve seen of Captain America: Civil War has focused on the
big showdown between the superheroes
— Cappie, Bucky, Falcon, Scarlet Witch on one side, facing off against Iron Man, Black Widow, Spider-Man, War Machine and others. [caption id=“attachment_2722496” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]

new video clip
released by the film’s lead actor Chris Evans on Sunday, we actually see the superheroes doing what they do best — teaming up to battle bad guys. We wish we could tell you that this clip sees the warring superheroes bury their differences for a worthy cause — but nothing of the sort, sorry. Instead, we see the comrades-in-arms — Cappie (Evans), Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Scarlet Witch (elizabteh Olsen) — in a fight scene with what look like paramilitary forces, for control of a secure facility. Will this fight scene have something to do with Bucky’s release? The clip doesn’t last long enough to tell us. Evans released the exclusive footage on stage, during the MTV Movie awards on Sunday. “Every epic battle has led to this,”
the actor said
, teasing the video clip. Captain America: Civil War
will release on 6 May, 2016, and comes two years after the previous installment in the franchise — Winter Soldier
. Watch the footage of the Falcon-Scarlet Witch-Captain America fight here:
