PTI[/caption] Now that Dutt is serving his time at Yerwada jail in Pune, Trishala has broken her silence on the issue and shared her feelings about her father on her blog. Trishala said she was ‘sick of being asked why she has not visited India yet’. “Did it ever occur to some of your ‘curious’ minds that maybe my father told me NOT to come?? My family is going thru (sic) an extremely difficult time right now and I haven’t been seen in Mumbai since Jan 2007.” she wrote. “It was said my father and I were not getting along and a lot of untrue nonsense was going on.” wrote Trishala. Trishala, born in 1987, is the daughter of Sanjay Dutt and his first spouse, Richa Sharma who passed away. She said that given the coverage of the relationship between her and her father it was deemed best that she stayed in New York and did not come to India and garner the wrong kind of attention for he family. Talking about her relationship with Dutt, Trishala wrote, “I love my father to death and I will always be his blood, his first born, his everything.” She accused the Indian media for misrepresenting her relationship with her father. “My father and I have been in the tabloids since 2007 when that whole fiasco with Maanyata happened which wasn’t even true!” wrote Trishala. She also said that as the elder sister of her twin siblings Iqra and Sharaan, it is up to her to be strong and set a good example for them. “There’s no such thing as having an emotional breakdown any more.” she added.
