Filmmaker Josh Trank’s 2015 movie Fantastic Four is a reboot of the the Fantastic Four film franchise, however if the trailer of the film is any indication, it seems to have taken inspiration (in fact dialogues too) from Christopher Nolan’s last film, Interstellar.
This reboot is a lot darker than the previous films. Marvel’s answer to Justice League, for those of you who do not know, Fantastic Four, as the name suggests is about four characters who embark on a scientific experiment in space. During teleportation however, something goes wrong which results in each one of them gaining a super power. The Fantastic Four obviously learn to control those powers in due time and eventually engage in a war to save the planet Earth.
Fantastic Four features Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell and Toby Kebbell in lead roles.
There has been very little information available on the film, till the trailer was launched. While there were reports of trouble on the sets, with a sequel of the film already getting a green signal from the Fox Studios, it seems to be just rumours. The film is slated to release on 7 August.
