Sunny Leone's husband Daniel Weber denies she slapped out-of-line reporter

Just a day after reports emerged that Sunny Leone had slapped a journalist for asking her how much she “charges for night programmes”, the actress’ husband Daniel Weber clarified that no such incident took place. Reports on Friday claimed that Sunny was accosted by the journalist when she was in the corridor of a hotel she was staying in, in Gujarat. She was there as a celebrity guest at a Holi party. Image from Solaris[/caption] The reporter allegedly asked Sunny questions like, “You were a porn star earlier, now you are a film star. How much do you charge now?” An enraged Sunny asked the journalist to repeat the question, and then slapped him before walking away. Mid-Day had quoted Daniel Weber as saying, “Sunny has given an apt reply to the reporter so we are not filing any police complaint. The organisers were also college kids so we do not want their careers to be damaged.” However, Daniel has now denied that the incident took place. “I am shocked at the report, it’s totally false. Nothing like this happened. Nobody misbehaved with my wife and she didn’t slap anybody,” Spotboye quoted Daniel as having said. He added, “Sunny wouldn’t lift a finger against anyone, leave aside slapping.” Daniel also spoke to Indian Express and said that his earlier quotes regarding the incident had been fabricated. “There is not a single fact of truth to this (sic). It’s a shame that they did not fact check when someone just tells any random story. Even the quote is complete lie,” Daniel said.
