The one where Phoebe, Rachel and Monica reunite: FRIENDS girls at Jimmy Kimmel show

The fans of 90s legendary sitcom, FRIENDS, it’s your cue to do the Chandler’s chicken dance. However, before you get carried away, let us tell you that there aren’t any reunions happening, as Marta Kauffman, the co-creator of the show had already announced a year back and broken many hearts. But, the girls of the show — Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox who played the roles of Rachel Green, Pheobe Buffey and Monica Geller —  did come together recently on Jimmy Kimmel Live. While it isn’t everyday that we see Kimmel fanboy over a show, as he introduced the special video on FRIENDS_,_ he said that he had been a big fan of the series in the 90s and had often scripted fan fictions on it. He also added that every time he wrote the script he himself took the role of Ross Geller. While he play Ross Geller, Aniston, Kudrow and Cox are asked to reprise their original roles in the show. As the original cast cringe at the horribly written script, Kimmel is busy pressing the ‘Applause’ button for the live audience. In the grand tradition of fan fictions however, Kimmel’s version of Friends is neither good nor funny. Also, he tells the girls that Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc) and Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) died after being bitten by a monkey, which happens to be Marcel (remember Ross’s monkey which humped everything from lamp shades to chairs and was therefore later sent to a zoo?) The best thing about the video was to see the original cast of the show inside Monica’s New York apartment once again, which  apparently Kimmel recreated from the scratch on a budget of  $80,000.
