Learnt to value my family because of Sidharth Malhotra: Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt says she learnt to value her family because of Kapoor & Sons co-star and rumoured beau Sidharth Malhotra
Mumbai: Actress Alia Bhatt, who is busy promoting her upcoming film Kapoor & Sons, has confessed that she didn't value her family enough — but co-star and rumoured beau Sidharth Malhotra's lifestyle made her realise their importance.
"I am lucky to have family in the industry. When I see Sidharth and how he manages everything here alone, I realise I don't have to do anything as my family takes care (of all this)," Alia said.
"This film — Kapoor & Sons — made me realise the (value of) true love not just between a man or woman, but a family as well. Earlier I did not give enough value to the support I get from my family," said Alia, the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan.
Directed by Shakun Batra, Kapoor & Sons is releasing on 18 March, and also stars Fawad Khan.
"The Yash Chopra Foundation will bear all other costs too associated with vaccinating the workers," said Yash Raj Films.
As someone who was born on the cusp of the millennial generation, I never saw Rishi Kapoor as a heartthrob but only as a dependable, first-rate actor.
Randhir Kapoor, who was hospitalised earlier this week after testing positive for COVID-19, said he will be discharged soon.
