Learning from Akshay Kumar: John Abraham says his Desi Boyz co-star is his 'guruji'

They’ve worked together in films like Desi Boyz and Housefull 2, but the bond between John Abraham and Akshay Kumar goes deeper than that of mere co-stars. John has been vocal about his admiration for Akshay, who he has previously referred to as his “older brother”.

Over the weekend, John took to Twitter to remind us once again, of how much he looks up to Akshay.

“My guruji who has stood by me, always… Love you Akshay Kumar,” John tweeted, along with a collage of his images with the Khiladi star.

In response to John’s tweet, Akshay said: “John Abraham, love you too brother!” Akshay had also shared an image recently, of himself with wife Twinkle Khanna, spending time on a movie set with John Abtaham.
