I am not realistic and calm about love: Katrina Kaif says in an interview with Rajeev Masand

Katrina Kaif is in the news of late, albeit both for professional and some-too-personal reasons. Coming to the professional part first, Katrina’s is busy promoting her upcoming movie Fitoor, a Abhishek Kapoor directorial where she is paired opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. Another is where the media intends to be more probing – her reported break-up with her long-standing beau Ranbir Kapoor. Firstpost[/caption] On being prodded to reveal the truth on the status of her relationship at present in her interview with CNN-IBN’s Rajeev Masand, Katrina did not quite take the bait point blank although she did not disappoint completely. The interviewer reminded her of one of their earlier conversations where she had mentioned that there is always some story truth in most of the stories and asked if she still believes in that. “Probably when I had been discussing that it was in relevance to something. Sometimes if you take a statement in isolation it doesn’t bear so much relevance later. If you ask me today as I sit here, I don’t think so now. There are some stories you really wonder where this story has come from. There are some stories…of course, there may be some connection…and when I say some connection there may be minuscule also, but there may be,” Katrina said. She also shared her views on the influence of love on oneself and says she does think healthy love can take one to incredible heights and destructive love can completely take a person to absolute depths of low. “There are some people who are very realistic and pragmatic about love and their approach and never let them too be carried away with one’s feelings. They have a very calm notion of love and the way it should be and those people in many ways I think those people can live much calmer and slightly easier life.
