Finally! After 8 years, Ted's wife revealed in 'How I Met Your Mother'

Finally, after eight years, the identity of Ted’s wife has finally been revealed in the hit CBS show How I Met Your Mother. The show, which is currently running in its eight season chronicles the never-ending, and at times annoying, stories of Ted Mosby who’s telling his children about how he met their mother. How I Met Your Mother’s Facebook page carried a post with a picture of the mother stating, “A secret 8 years in the making! You just met… wait for it… the mother! Like this post if you were surprised!” Yes it is someone new on the show. In this HollywoodReporter post you can check out the video where the Mother makes her first appearance. You know its her because she has the yellow umbrella with her, which we know from all of Ted’s stories belonged to her. In the end of the video she asks for One ticket to Farhampton. And as anyone who’s watched season eight episodes would know, that was where she met Ted after Barney and Robin’s wedding.
