London: Former soccer star David Beckham has inked a tattoo of Minion on his arm chosen by his daughter Harper. [caption id=“attachment_2320936” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]  David Beckham. Reuters[/caption] The 40-year-old footballer was inspired by his three-year-old daughter to get a tattoo of the Despicable Me character on his already packed collection of body art, reported The Daily Mirror. Victoria Beckham, 41, wife of the star took to Twitter to post a photo of the yellow creature adorning her husband’s arm. “Harper has just added to Daddie’s tattoo collection… happy Tuesday in the sunshine! (sic),” she captioned the picture. However, the inking is not permanent and a spokesperson for the couple has confirmed the image of the Minion is just a transfer. David, who also has three sons, 16-year-old Brooklyn, 12-year-old Romeo and 10-year-old Cruz, with Victoria, is famous for the tribute tattoos to his family he has over his body.
