Bhaag Milkha Bhaag: Check out Farhan and Sonam's chemistry in Mera Yaar

After releasing the high energy track_, Zinda_, the makers of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag have come up with a romantic number called Mera Yaar.

The video has been picturised on the lead pair, Sonam Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar and depicts a romance budding between the characters they play.  Although Kapoor looks a little taller than Farhan, they look cute together as a couple. Kapoor looks pretty as the village lass and flashes her beautiful smile for most parts.

The video shows Milkha Singh (played by Farhan Akhtar) stalking Kapoor’s character everywhere — from the  queue in front of the village hand pump to the rusty lanes to the main door of her house.

In the video, we see Milkha profess his love by writing ‘I love you’ in a chit and sending it to his lady love inside a cricket ball.

The lyrics of the song is in Punjabi and the tune is soothing and hummable. The music for the film is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is an upcoming Bollywood biographical film on the former Indian athlete Milkha Singh. The film is being produced and directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The script is written by Prasoon Joshi.

Reportedly Milkha Singh sold the story for just one rupee.

The remuneration from the film will be used for the benefit of needy athletes. The film is set to release on 12 July.
