Attention DC fans, there is new material from Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. And this time, it is neither leaked footage, nor is their authenticity debatable. Image Courtesy: Facebook[/caption] The upcoming superhero film from the DC shared universe is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. The new set of photographs were posted by Entertainment Weekly on Twitter and we have some more scenes to drool over than Affleck and Cavill staring at each other. So we have another shot of Affleck and Cavill facing off, this time on an eye-to-eye level. This film is all about their face-off after all. Next is a a black-tie, ballroom set up for an intense still of Affleck and Gadot without their super-suits on, aka Bruce Wayne and Diana Pryce. The photo does remind us a lot of Wayne with Anne Hathway’s Selena Kyle in T_he Dark Knight Rises._ Then there is a mandatory shot of people fawning over the man of Steel, their new god and Batman with the Bat Signal in the pouring rain. The Jesse Eisenberg photo shows the actor playing Lex Luthor with a full head of hair. The cover of Entertainment Weekly shows the three principal superheroes, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, of the movie in their full costume, glaring menacingly at the camera. Overall, all the photographs show our superheroes at their intense best, just as we expected after the dark and mysterious trailer, and give us hope that the movie will match up to its hype.
