The actor may be all set to lend his baritone voice to a character in the upcoming film, Penguins of Madagascar, however it seems that of all the words he can articulate in his refined British accent, Benedict Cumberbatch can’t pronounce the word ‘Penguins’. The Sherlock star recently voiced a BBC nature documentary about the South Pacific and kept mispronouncing the word ‘penguins’. He often called the birds ‘pengwings’ or ‘penglings’ and while we do reckon that both these names are equally as cute as the birds themselves, ‘pengwings’ or ‘penglings’ are unfortunately not the names penguins are known by. However, despite the obvious mistakes, Cumberbatch, talking in his deep voice about adorable birds is always worth a listen and the actor still has the check bones that can redeem any possible humanly error he can ever make.
