Amitabh says he could act with Rekha: Here are some ex-couples who starred together after breaking up

Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha are considered to be an all time popular on-screen pair in Bollywood.  They are also rumoured to be in a torrid affair off-screen. However, ever since the break-up between the stars, they have not been seen together on screen for a very long time. Thus, it was a surprise for Amitabh-Rekha fans when Bachchan, during the trailer launch of his upcoming film Shamitabh, said that he wouldn’t mind working with former flame Rekha if an appropriate story was offered. Bachchan said that the director wants to make a movie with him and Rekha. “Balki keeps threatening me that he wants to design a film together… Let me see if someone has a story which is appropriate… then why not,” Bachchan said.
