Udta Punjab could very well be the next Highway for Alia Bhatt, whose recently unveiled 'first look' in the film has already got the young actress a whole lot of attention.
On Friday, the makers of the film released Alia's look in the film — that of a girl on the run, looking quite dishevelled and grubby. She plays a Bihari migrant in Udta Punjab.

Alia's look followed those of the other actors in the film, including Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh — all of which had caused quite the social media storm when they were unveiled.
Alia's look, however, got some very special attention from Bollywood.
Her Kapoor & Sons co-star and rumoured beau Sidharth Malhotra was among those who rushed to congratulate the actress. Sidharth called Alia's look a "dramatic, impactful tranformation".
