Two of Bollywood’s fittest men, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham, plugged their next film, Desi Boyz, with their beautiful leading ladies, Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh at the JW Marriott hotel in Mumbai on 7 November. From dancing, bartending, bantering with the girls to playing with fire literally, Akshay and John did it all— with aplomb. It was an all legs (the girls) and biceps (the boys) show sans the usual abs and pecs routine. Raju Shelar/Firstpost”]  [/caption] It is hard to believe that Delhi-based Chitrangada, had just upped and left Bollywood not too long ago after making a debut in Sudhir Mishra’s Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi in 2003. Not too many get the chance to dictate terms in the business of cinema, but she seems to have made her choices clear then, as she does now. Chitrangada seems to be more driven by her own talent than the lure of the lucre per se, which is quite uncommon. It will be interesting to see her play Akshay’s romantic interest in Desi Boyz. Akshay and John were last seen together in Garam Masala back in 2005, which was a comic caper directed by Priyadashan. Desi Boyz is directed by David Dhawan’s son, Rohit, who makes his directorial debut with the film. It releases on 25 November. Watch Slideshow [fpgallery id=310] Watch video
