PM Modi’s government recently said priority should be given to Hindi on social media.[/caption] Since the time of British rule, people have been divided into two classes: English speaking elite class, enjoying a powerful position, and the non-English speaking people, working as slaves or having small jobs like being a peon, army jawan, police constable, etc. This is the first time that Modi is trying to blur this line which existed since British time. Let’s respect the language which is very common in our day to day life, that is, Hindi. Moreover, our mother tongue always takes precedence.
