Agencies.[/caption] BJP has been one of the most irresponsible Opposition parties in the last 9 years: constantly walking out of Parliament and preferring to talk in TV studios than debate it out in Parliament. If BJP had well elucidated points and guts , it should have had the gumption to do it on the floors of Parliament , rather than venting it through a Sushma or a Jaitley Tweet.
