The forty fifth season of the FIA’s World Rally Championship begins with Rally Automobile Monte-Carlo, running 19-22 January, not only the opening round of the 2017 season but the first appearance of a new formula of rally cars, the powerful and dramatic looking 2017 version World Rally Cars.
