Triumph Motorcycles had recently unveiled the new Bonneville T100 at the Intermot motorcycle show in Germany. Well now Triumph India has officially said that it will be bringing the new bike to India this month. The motorcycle is expected to bridge the gap between the Bonneville T120 and the Street Twin. Interestingly the new classic designed bike utilises Bonneville Street Twin engine and uses the frame of the T120. It will be the second most affordable bike in the Bonneville series with an expected price of Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. Two variants of the Bonneville T100 were announced internationally, however the T100 Black variant might not arrive in India, since the T120 Black never came to India either. The motorbike is powered by 900cc parallel-twin engine capable of churning 55PS at 5,900rpm and 80Nm of peak torque at 3,230rpm. Some of the features include traction-control, ride-by-wire throttle, USB charging port as well as an engine immobiliser. The instrument cluster features a gear position indicator, odometer, trip settings, service indicator, clock, fuel level and traction control settings. It is expected to arrive in all three colour schemes; Aegean Blue and Fusion White, Intense Orange and New England White, and Jet Black.
