The highlight at the Paris Auto Show this year has been the variety of electric vehicle launches and concept showcases. However, there is one stunning looking car that seeks attention, Honda’s new Civic Type R prototype. The concept car is based on the recently announced new Civic hatchback, which is yet to reach India. The new Type R is beefier and for the first time ever it will be a global car. Yes! It features carbon fibre side skirts, 20-inch piano black alloy wheels, 245-section high-performance tires, a dual centre exhaust, and a giant rear spoiler to keep the car sticking to the ground. It will be built at Honda’s UK plant in Swindon and then shipped globally. It might not be loaded with features or offer a luxurious look, but just look at the beast. There is a good chance that the final production car will not be a lot different than the prototoype. The Civic is known to be a modifiers delight, but with that kind of look, it doesn’t need any change at all!
